Stainless Steel KF40 Vacuum Crosses, crafted from 304 or 316L stainless steel, are designed for vacuum pipeline systems. They require centering rings, O-rings, and clamps for use.
Example: 4-Way Vacuum Cross with NW/KF-40 flange – a 304 stainless steel vacuum fitting. These KF40 tees comply with ISO-KF standards (NW-40 flange size), ideal for building foreline vacuum plumbing and process systems. Nicknamed "quick flange fittings" for easy assembly, they form a vacuum seal between connecting flanges via a circumferential clamp and centering ring (which contains a rubber elastomer O-ring).
