Vacuum Fittings: Half Nipple Short Weld Stub (ISO-KF Flange, NW-10 Size)
These KF-10 half nipple short weld stubs comply with ISO-KF standards (flange size NW-10), ideal for building foreline vacuum plumbing and process systems. Known as "quick flange fittings" for fast assembly, they form a vacuum seal via a circumferential clamp and centering ring (with a rubber elastomer O-ring) between connecting flanges (see top-right figure; click to enlarge).
Standard quick flange sizes: KF-10/NW-10, KF-16/NW-16, KF-25/NW-25, KF-40/NW-40, KF-50/NW-50.
Constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
