Product Description

ISO-K 90° Mitered Elbow

We fabricate ISO-K 90° mitered elbows for HV systems using 304 stainless steel tubing and ISO Flanges (also called Large ISO). These flanges, used for HV chamber ports, come in two styles:

ISO-K: Joined with double claw clamps; optional rotatable bolt/retainer rings convert to rotatable ISO-F flanges. Single claw clamps connect to tapped non-rotatable flanges (e.g., pumps, gate valves).
ISO-F: Non-rotatable, bolt-assembled; mating flange bolt holes can’t rotate for alignment.

Features of ISO 90° elbows:

304L stainless steel construction
Radius or miter design
Mitered elbows: Welded from half nipples, customizable with specific tube-to-flange dimensions

Specifications:

Vacuum range: Elastomer seal (>1×10⁻⁸ mBar); High-vacuum metal seal (>1×10⁻¹¹ mBar, UHV)
Temperature range: Viton (-20°C to 200°C); Buna (-30°C to 110°C); Metal seal (-270°C to 150°C)

ISO (LF) flanges: Claw clamp style (ISO-K) with bore sizes from 63mm to 630mm.
