We fabricate ISO 90° elbows for HV systems using 304/316L stainless steel tubing and
ISO Flanges (also called Large ISO) – these flanges, used for HV chamber ports, come in two types: ISO-K (with clamp fasteners) and ISO-F (with nut-and-bolt fasteners).

ISO-K Flanges
Joined with Double Claw Clamps. Alternatively, we offer rotatable bolt rings and retainer rings to convert them into rotatable ISO-F flanges. Single claw clamps connect ISO-K flanges to tapped non-rotatable flanges (e.g., on pumps or gate valves).
ISO-F Flanges
Non-rotatable, bolt-assembled flanges. Mating flanges cannot rotate to align bolt holes.

Flanges available with bore sizes from 63mm to 630mm.
90° ISO-K Radius Elbows Features:
• Viton® or Buna-N® O-rings
• Material: SS304, SS316/316L available upon request.
• Surface treatment: Mirror finish, Semi-bright, Sand Blast, Electro-polish available
• Size: ISO63-160
• Vacuum range : 1×10-8 Torr
• Temperature range : 150 °C(Viton) / 80 °C(NBR)
