We fabricate ISO crosses for HV systems using 304L stainless steel tubing and
ISO Flanges (also called Large ISO). These flanges, used for HV chamber ports, come in two styles:
- ISO-K: Joined with double claw clamps (alternatively, rotatable bolt rings or retainer rings can convert them to rotatable ISO-F flanges); single claw clamps connect them to tapped non-rotatable flanges (e.g., from pumps or gate valves).
- ISO-F: Non-rotatable, assembled with bolts; bolt holes on mating flanges can’t rotate for alignment.

Vacuum Fittings are designed and tested to have leak rates <1×10⁻⁹ mbar·L/s.
ISO flanges are available with bore sizes from 63mm to 630mm.
