We fabricate these ISO 5-way crosses for HV systems from 304L stainless steel tubing and
ISO Flanges. ISO flanges (Large ISO) are used for HV chamber ports, available in two styles: ISO-K (with clamp fasteners) and ISO-F (with nut/bolt fasteners).
These fittings feature a flange on each end of a 5 or 6-sided tubing junction. They accommodate complex junctions or alignment needs in vacuum system design; larger sizes sometimes serve as the base for simple vacuum chamber designs. We supply 5 and 6-way vacuum crosses in 304 stainless steel as standard, with other materials available on request.
ISO-K flanges: Joined peripherally with double claw clamps; alternatively, rotatable bolt rings and retainer rings are offered, adapting ISO-K flanges to rotatable ISO-F ones. Single claw clamps connect ISO-K flanges to tapped non-rotatable flanges (e.g., from pumps or gate valves).
ISO-F flanges: Non-rotatable, assembled with bolts; bolt holes on mating flanges cannot rotate to align components.
ISO dimensions: Bore sizes range from 63mm to 630mm.
