Product Description

We manufacture TP304/TP316L sanitary polished butt weld fittings, primarily for bakery, beverage, cosmetic, dairy, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Meeting or exceeding 3A/DIN/BPE standards, they feature ID polish (180 Grit/25 Ra) and OD polish (150 Grit/32 Ra).

Our sanitary weld tees include reducing/equal tees, Y-type tees, and lateral tees—3-way butt-welded fittings in 304/316L stainless steel. KAYSEN supplies 1/2" to 6" butt weld fittings compliant with 3A, DIN, SMS, BS, ISO, IDF, DS, BPF, I-Line, etc., with high-purity surfaces meeting FDA and GMP requirements. Small-batch custom fittings are available.

Connections: weld, clamp, thread, flanged, union. Mirror/dull finishes on request. Custom production from drawings is offered.
