Food-grade safety valves are a range of sanitary stainless steel valves with a safety design to protect equipment. Installed in pressure discharge circuits, they are used in pipelines, pumps, equipment, storage tanks, etc., and widely applied in food, beverage, dairy, beer and other industries.

Sanitary Safety Valves are calibrated to specific pressures by adjusting the spring nut. This calibration pressure – the maximum safe pressure to prevent equipment damage – keeps the valve closed under normal operating pressure; when system pressure exceeds this limit, the valve opens to release pressure, thus protecting pipelines and equipment.

Hygienic Safety Valves can be custom-made to client requirements and drawings.
