Product Description

KF Overpressure Rings (Vacuum Components/fittings) are made of SS304, SS316/SS316L, with sizes ranging from KF10 to KF50. Used with centering rings, two KF Flanges, and secured by stainless steel or aluminum clamps.

Compliant with KF and ISO standards, they fit KF (NW) and ISO Vacuum Flanges/components – differing in size: KF (NW) uses KF10-KF50, while ISO uses ISO63-ISO160.

As part of assemblies, they sit between two KF flanges of matching outer diameters. Paired with a centering ring (with O-ring) and quick clamp, they join KF flanges, commonly for foreline vacuum plumbing and process systems. KAYSEN’s KF Centering Rings (with O-ring and overpressure ring) suit foreline plumbing, simple high vacuum (HV) chamber ports, and meet ultra-high vacuum (UHV) industry standards.
